VALU acquires a stake in Tit-Pit GmbH

VALU Invest is pleased to announce that Zurich-based TIT-PIT GmbH has joined its corporate portfolio. With this step, VALU Invest continues to pursue its goal of strengthening established and forward-looking companies and supporting their long-term growth.

Since its founding in 1994, TIT-PIT GmbH has developed into one of Switzerland’s leading event service providers. The company ranks among the top three to five in the industry and serves more than 100 well-known clients – including Migros, Raiffeisen, Allianz Suisse, EWZ, and the City of Zurich. Its offering covers a wide range of services, from corporate and public events to conferences, sports and music events, festivals, and trade fairs.

TIT-PIT stands out through its comprehensive service portfolio, which includes event organization, logistics, sponsorship, mobile marketing, and the rental of infrastructure. Around 40 full-time employees, a pool of approximately 700 part-time staff, an in-house vehicle fleet, and a 7,000 m² warehouse enable the company to flawlessly execute even large-scale and complex events.

With the support of VALU Invest, TIT-PIT will actively pursue new growth opportunities. Planned initiatives include expanding the service portfolio, entering additional regions, and executing add-on acquisitions of specialized competitors. In doing so, the company aims to strengthen its strong market position while further advancing innovation and digitalization.
